Contact information for Wanda Baker Lions onlyI have many wonderful memories of my years at Baker. In fact, I enjoyed my years so much I became a middle/high school teacher. Thank goodness none of my students have burned down any buildings that I have worked in! The burning of the auditorium is one of my lasting memories!
After I graduated from Baker I went to Columbus College and graduated with a teaching degree. I taught at Harris Co. Middle School, and there I met my future husband. We moved to Troup County in 1984 and I am now the Assistant Principal at Long Cane Middle School. I graduated from Troy St. U. with a Specialist degree in Administration this past year. I have 2 children, Jameson Richard, now a student at Columbus State U. and I have a daughter, Kalie Philathia, a 12 year old who thinks she is 18! I enjoy spending time with my children, shopping, and lazy days at the lake.
